Em 4 de outubro de 2018, Maxime ganhou uma nova vida. O antigo cabaré de 1949, que já abrigou agências de notícias de prestígio e se tornou um ícone da vida noturna de Lisboa na virada do século, hoje permanece aberto a artistas e a todos aqueles que desejam conhecer nossa cidade. Recuperamos nosso passado com a mesma ambição ousada que uma vez definiu nossos antecessores. As antigas redações agora abrem espaço para 75 salas, convidando novas histórias a se desenrolarem em um ambiente histórico e intimista. E o renomado palco, que testemunhou o nascimento de tantos talentos, não apagou suas luzes. Muito pelo contrário: ele os mantém vivos, agora o cabaré mais antigo e único de Lisboa. À mesa, nos deliciamos com os sabores de uma Lisboa antiga e nostálgica, refletindo nossa gastronomia regional. Somos ousados? Talvez, mas acima de tudo, estejamos genuinamente orgulhosos do nosso passado e abertos ao que o futuro nos reserva.
