Located within the landmarked Scholastic Building, Convene 555 Broadway comprises seven unique meeting and event spaces including a main hall, breakout spaces, a boardroom, and galleries for networking and receptions. It is ideal for a variety of function types and sizes from trunk shows to offsite meetings, product launches, investor days, educational programs, training sessions, salon dinners, and more. Convene 555 Broadway provides a white box space allowing for branding opportunities, in-house catering with customization options, in-room AV technology supported by an on-site team, and dedicated hospitality resources; it is easily accessible via public transportation. The SoHo neighborhood, short for “South of Houston,” is a renowned destination stretching from Canal Street to the South. The area’s modern history ranges from an upper-crust entertainment district, turned industrial sector, turned artist enclave. Today, SoHo is best known as a creative center thanks to art galleries, designer retail, and trendy restaurants.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!
