Hotel Montecallini was opened in 2001 and is situated over the little Saint Gregory bay, a pretty tourist locality 3 km from Santa Maria di Leuca. It is the ideal place for spending an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Salento. The structure resembles that of Salento estates, with large arches covering its entire length, wide balconies and a central tower. It is surrounded by a spread of olive trees, Mediterranean maquis and a big garden having pergolas and gazebos where it is possible to have buffet breakfast enjoying the pretty sea view. The Hotel has a different kind of rooms, all furnished with taste and finished up to the least detail. The wood, the wrought-iron and the ceramics, hand-painted by the able local artisans, embellish the walls and spaces, rendering them unique and refined. The refined Restaurant having an internal room, can seat up to 150 persons, making it an ideal location for hosting any event.
