Temos 36 apartamentos entre 20 e 24 metros quadrados cada, acomodando até três ou quatro pessoas e temos quarto com cama de casal. Temos três espaços: um auditório para até 300 pessoas, com som e projetor, 5 salas menores para até 20 pessoas e um salão de festas para até 300 pessoas.
