Keeping the current scenario in mind: The following facilities could be availed upon request: • The hotel provides an option for contactless payment through UPI and e-invoices, for room bills and any services availed during the stay. • All the Restaurants in the hotel remains closed and Room service are made available 24/7. • Laundry services are in operation following Diversey guidelines and any laundry received by 9 am will be delivered by 6pm. Laundry received post 5pm will delivered the next day by noon. • Minibar and Housekeeping amenities are available upon request. • Housekeeping room cleaning will be available upon request. • A Doctor “on call” is available 24/7 and with regular visits to the hotel. • Please inform us your departure time in advance so that the bills can be kept ready in advance to avoid crowding. • Pool and Gym facilities remains closed for precautionary measures till further notice. • As per the Maharashtra government norms, Kindly wear a face mask in all public areas and sanitize your hands at every touch point.
