• (No Shows) with confirmed booking, will entitle the hotel to charge the customer full stay penalty for each reservation is not showed on the date of arrival at the contract price. • Attrition: o Will be accepted without penalty, up to 20% of cancellation of rooms on the number of rooms originally booked 91 days before the arrival of the group. o Will be accepted without penalty, up to 15% of cancellation of rooms on the number of rooms originally booked 60 days before the arrival of the group. o Will be accepted without penalty, up to 10% of cancellation of rooms on the number of rooms originally booked 45 days before the arrival of the group. o Will be accepted without penalty, up to 5% of cancellation of rooms on the number of rooms originally booked 35 days before the arrival of the group. o Cancellations exceeding percentages described above the penalty will be billed 100% penalty per room canceled. • If the reason why the groups canceled by reasons of force majeure (epidemics, inclement weather) deposits will be applied to future reservations. • From 15 days prior to arrival of the group, will be billed 100% penalty per room canceled.
