With the ambiance of a private estate, Punatapu's five buildings and grounds form the ultimate private, secluded escape in New Zealand. With only four guest suites, seven bedrooms in total – each lavish, and completely private – Punatapu is available for exclusive use by individuals seeking absolute peace and security in a tranquil environment; small groups of friends or families looking for a New Zealand villa rental with all the services of a five star hotel; or couples seeking a romantic escape. Personal attention to guests' every need is paramount to the service provided by our friendly staff which includes an executive housekeeper and personal chef. Punatapu has a special focus on quality cuisine. Most guests prefer to eat in, as a stay at Punatapu includes the services of an international class personal chef who sets the menu daily around seasonal foods and guests' desires. The villa is also available for private estate weddings, New Zealand honeymoons, or executive retreats.
