Under Julie’s leadership, the valued roles of her skilled team lay the foundation for adapting to her client’s corporate culture. This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience. Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. Accommodation Cancellation Policy The following is a schedule of charges that will apply if rooms are cancelled/released between the following times: 1) Prior to 90 days before arrival – All or part of the rooms/suites may be cancelled without penalty. Initial non-refundable security deposit will be retained for full cancellation. 2) 60-89 days before arrival – Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa will accept a maximum cancellation of fifty percent (50%) of the agreed 90 day block without penalty. Cancellation over fifty percent (50%) of the agreed block will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation charge per rooms/suites cancelled. 3) 31-59 days before arrival – Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa will accept a maximum cancellation of twenty-five percent (25%) of the agreed 60 day block without penalty. Cancellation over twenty-five percent (25%) of the agreed block will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation charge per rooms/suites cancelled. 4) Within 30 days of arrival – Cancellations within 30 days will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to all room nights. All cancellations/amendments must be received in writing. No Show Policy No shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee for all room nights booked.
