About us

Westview Golf Course, 2150 South 36th Street, Illinois opened for play on Saturday, May 7, 1949. There was a ceremony around the first tee and the president of the Quincy Park District, Robert H. Bangert, hit the first shot. Mayor George Meyer and Robert Glasgow, who was now the head professional, also hit opening shots off the first tee. Our Clubhouse is available for rental. We are a perfect place for hosting your next event. The Players Grill at Westview Golf Course is your next stop after your round is over. Our comfortable grill atmosphere is the ideal spot to relax with your golfing partners and catch the game on our big screen TV.
