Sonning Golf Club is 100 years old and has an impressive pedigree. One of the ‘Great Triumvirate’ and a 5 time Open champion, JH Taylor, designed the original layout with later input from Harry Colt. Colt, of course, was responsible for some of the greatest courses around the world including Wentworth, Royal St Georges and Royal Melbourne and his influence very much remains at Sonning today. Whether a birthday or retirement party, christening, company function or dinner, Sonning is the perfect venue. We can also suggest and arrange suitable entertainment for your event from a wide selection of experienced and recommended suppliers.
