L'Eurostars Park Hotel Maximilian est un monument bien connu et un point de référence séculaire pour les citadins et les visiteurs. Des salons informatisés et des chambres modernes et spacieuses sont les marques d'identité de ce grand hôtel-palace pour l'hébergement de gala. L'hôtel dispose de 52 chambres pour un séjour confortable. L'hôtel est entouré de jardins et se trouve à seulement 250 mètres de la gare centrale de Ratisbonne (Regensburg). Ratisbonne, baignée par les eaux du Danube, est l'une des rares villes allemandes dont le centre historique a atteint la catégorie du patrimoine de l'humanité. Son centre historique (à proximité de l'hôtel) regorge de joyaux architecturaux, tels que la cathédrale (l'un des meilleurs exemples du gothique germanique), le château-abbaye de Saint-Emmeram, le pont de pierre romain, la Porta Praetoria ou les jardins botaniques de l'université de Ratisbonne.
