At First Nations University of Canada (FNUniv), we are committed to transformative education rooted in Indigenous Knowledge. With four campuses across Saskatchewan, we provide a learning environment that integrates Indigenous perspectives, culture, and history while preparing students for success. As a federated college of the University of Regina, FNUniv offers undergraduate and graduate programs in business, humanities, social sciences, and sciences—many incorporating Indigenous worldviews, traditions, and languages. Founded in 1976 as the Saskatchewan Indian Federated College (SIFC), FNUniv was renamed in 2003, reinforcing its commitment to Indigenous-led post-secondary education.

The University of Regina (U of R) has campuses located in Regina and Saskatoon on Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 territories. These are the ancestral lands of the nêhiyawak (nay-hi-yuh-wuk, Cree), Anihšināpēk (uh-nish-i-naa-payk, Saulteaux), Dakota, Lakota, Nakoda, and the homeland of the Métis/Michif Nation. A comprehensive university, the U of R traces its roots back to the creation of Regina College, a small residential high school established by the Methodist church in 1911. The College grew in size and significance becoming a campus of the University of Saskatchewan and, ultimately, an independent degree granting university – the University of Regina – in 1974. The U of R has: 10 faculties; 25 academic departments and schools; 10 institutional-level research centres and institutes; and, three federated colleges: Campion College, First Nations University of Canada, and Luther College. Some programs are also delivered with partners including Saskatchewan Polytechnic, regional colleges, Gabriel Dumont Institute, and Yukon University.

Regina International Airport (YQR) is the 15th busiest airport in Canada and connects the local community to many major Canadian markets. YQR is proud to offer seasonal service to both the U.S. and international sunspot destinations. The Regina Airport Authority (RAA) is a not-for-profit organization that operates YQR under a long-term lease with the Federal Government. The RAA has a mandate to operate a safe and secure airport, while looking to grow for the greater benefit of the community.

The Saskatchewan Legislative Building is one of the most historic properties in all of Saskatchewan, and one of the province’s greatest achievements. Constructed from 1908 to 1912, it truly represents the spirit of the province and its people. When construction of the Legislative Building began in 1908, it was more than simply stone on stone; it marked the building of a dream. Today, the Legislative Building continues to stand as a testament to the spirit of a new province and its people, and their hope for a bright future. That pioneer spirit has never wavered, and, for over 100 years, the Saskatchewan Legislative Building has played a vital role in the life of the community and the life of the province. The building is the seat of government where the laws of the province are introduced, debated, and passed. But the building represents more than that. It is a vital link, through tourism and education, to the heritage of the province.

Situated in the heart of Regina, REAL District is the largest interconnected event complex in Canada and the centre of sport, business and entertainment for the community. The Regina Exhibition Association Limited is the not-for-profit corporation that operates the 100-acre REAL District property. The property hosts the majority of Regina's major events, including Canada's Farm Show Regina, SK, Queen City Ex, Canadian Western Agribition & FROST @REAL. REAL District is home to the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Regina Pats, Regina Soccer Association, many minor and recreational sports, and numerous concerts, trade shows and conventions.

The Conexus Arts Centre, known from 1970 until 2006 as the Saskatchewan Centre of the Arts, is a world-class performing arts and theatre complex located in the heart of Wascana Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan. Constructed to commemorate Canada's centenary in 1967, it was opened by Governor General Roland Michener on August 24, 1970 to serve southern Saskatchewan as a centre for performing arts and exhibitions. The building, designed by Izumi, Arnott, and Sugiyama, is an Estevan brick and Manitoba Tyndall stone structure which houses the Capital Auto Theatre (seating 2031), Convention Hall (seating 1600), along with a large variety of conference rooms and lobby display areas. Capital Auto Theatre, with three balconies, has a large stage whose front lowers hydraulically to form an orchestra pit for 100 musicians. The centre is the home of the Regina Symphony Orchestra.

Wascana Centre is internationally known as a beautifully landscaped park surrounding a 120-hectare lake located in the heart of Regina. It was established in 1962 to be a place for recreation and beauty. Wascana Centre includes 2,300 acres of urban land that provides countless functions and services to tenants, landowners and community resulting in an area of immeasurable value as a place of work, education, recreation and natural preservation. The centre is recognized as one of the top tourist and resident attractions in the province and many other attractions are within the centre’s boundaries such as Candy Cane Park, the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, the Saskatchewan Science Centre, MacKenzie Art Gallery, etc. Wascana Centre is home to 8.7 kilometres of paved pathways and 5.6 kilometres of natural paths, recreation and play area as well as the Habitat Conservation Area with a marsh ecosystem, promoting healthy active lifestyles for families and community. The Centre remains one of the finest outdoor venues in the country to host an outdoor event. Wascana Centre is the host facility of over 400 events annually, including flagship events like the Queen City Marathon, Dragon Boat Festival, Canada Day and Bazaart. Wascana Centre is a part of our community, with hundreds of thousands of visits a year, places for learning and recreation. It is a welcoming place for everyone providing a place of work, education, recreation and natural beauty.

The Saskatchewan Science Centre is a non-profit, non-governmental educational facility with the mission of igniting scientific curiosity in Saskatchewan communities through interactive, dynamic, and engaging opportunities. Our vision of the future, in fulfilling that mission, is inspired minds through science and innovation. The Science Centre is one of Saskatchewan's largest family tourist attractions with more than 5 million visitors since our opening in 1989.

The Royal Saskatchewan Museum is a Canadian natural history museum in Regina, Saskatchewan. It was established in 1906 as the Provincial Museum after Charles Noddings stole a large boulder with a carved face on it in the Beaver Hills area on December 25, 1905.

Government House is a National Historic Site and Provincial Heritage Property. Our mission is to provide visitors as accessible historic place to preserve, promote and celebrate Saskatchewan's living heritage. We are stewards of a vibrant collection and historic property that is living and ever changing. Through educational experiences , engaging programs, and collaborate partnerships we deliver the story of Government House. The Government House collection is comprised of objects original to the house in 1898-1910, period pieces, and replicas totalling over 10,000 articles plus documents and photos.

Globe Theatre is Canada's ONLY permanent theatre in the Round. From our origins as a small troupe touring Saskatchewan schools, to our present as Canada’s only professional theatre in the round, The Globe Theatre is a pioneer in the landscape of Canadian theatre. With the help of a dedicated team of permanent, part-time, freelance, and volunteer workers, our theatre has been bringing a season of theatre to Regina and the surrounding communities every year since 1966. Under the artistic guidance of Ken and Sue Kramer, Susan Ferley, Ruth Smillie, and now Jennifer Brewin; The Globe has grown into a fundamental part of the Regina community. Alongside our mainstage performances, The Globe Theatre offers a variety of additional programming that includes our Sandbox Theatre series, play readings, new work development, digital programming, and a dedicated theatre education program through the Globe Theatre School. Our evolving history of work on stage and in the community shows our vision and commitment to an optimistic future full of stories of transformation, resilience, and hope.

Darke Hall takes its name from Francis Nicholson Darke who was a prominent Regina businessman in the late 19th and early 20th century. During his career he served as Mayor of Regina and as a Member of Parliament. Mr. Darke’s philanthropy was instrumental in the establishment of Regina College in 1910 (which eventually became the University of Regina) and Darke Hall for Music and Art which opened in 1929. For many years, Darke Hall served as the home of the Regina Symphony Orchestra and as the main performance venue for the Conservatory of Music. For almost a century, Darke Hall was a cultural hub for the city. It was prized by artists and patrons for its outstanding acoustics and gorgeous interior. In 2014, the University of Regina launched a major campaign to restore Darke Hall to its original glory. Over a six-year construction process, the hall was transformed into a modern, accessible venue while maintaining and refurbishing its architectural heritage. The transformation of Darke Hall was completed in 2022 with a gala opening hosted by the University of Regina on April 21st. On May 1st, 2022, the operation of Darke Hall was transferred to the Darke Hall Society through a partnership agreement between the university and the non-profit society. Darke Hall is a 474-seat premier concert and performance venue focused on programming and promoting the work of local, national, and international artists. In partnership with the University of Regina, the non-profit Darke Hall Society offers a state-of- the art venue where artists and arts organizations can thrive in an environment that is affordable, accessible, and respectful of diverse artistic and cultural practices.
