The initial $1,000.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Additional details
A 50 person minimum is required for all corporate events booked at Oakview Terrace. A $1,000.00 deposit is required to reserve your function date (special arrangements can be made for budgets under $1,000.00). Final numbers must be submitted 10 days prior to the event date. The balance of the total amount for the event, including all applicable taxes and gratuities is due 5 business days prior to the date of the event.
