Newly renovated in 2018, the Omni Richmond Hotel has been awarded the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence in 2017 Jennifer Gavin, Director of UNOS Meeting Partners recently posted this testimonial- We recently held a large board meeting at the Richmond Omni. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops in a wonderful historic part of Richmond and only 10 minutes from the airport. The recently renovated guest rooms are beautiful and roomy and received very high ratings from our attendees. Everyone went the extra mile to make for an excellent conference experience. Michele in Sales is phenomenal; loved the response and promptness. Charlene in Convention Services was absolutely hands down incredible; always available, engaged and responsive. The banquet food was great; very creative menus within our budget and well executed. All the staff was awesome; everyone who touched our group was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel as we’ll continue to use them for our future meetings in Richmond. Virginia State Certified Green Hotel.
