In case of cancellation or amendment of the above booking, the cancellation charges policy is as follows:  From 45 – 30 days prior to the event’s date, any Cancellation will be charged 50% of the total contracted event’s charges.  From 30 – 15 days prior to the event’s date, any Cancellation will be charged 75% of the total contracted event’s charges.  From 15 – 00 days prior to the event’s date, any Cancellation will be charged 100% of the total contracted event’s charges. It is understood that in case the event is reserved later than 04 weeks from the event’s date the same above conditions will apply according to its proximity to the event’s date.
