An interpretive center for the Chattahoochee River, Chattahoochee Nature Center is the oldest and largest private non-profit natural science learning center in the Southeast. Opened in October of 1997, The Cooler began as one of the largest skating facilities in Georgia. The Cooler established itself as an Alpharetta icon providing public skating, birthday parties and special events for area families and their children.
