Cancellation Policy
Generally, citizenM works with a 30 days cancellation policy for its groups. However, this is subject to change based on the group size. We will always assure that the cancellation policy is communicated clearly to the specific client. Meeting rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the meeting. Less than 7 days before, there's a 100% cancellation fee.
