Cancellation Policy
The following conditions apply to any cancellations and/or reductions in the number of participants: 1. Cancellations made more than 5 months prior to the arrival date will incur no charges. 2. Cancellations made between 5 and 3 months prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the cancelled reservation value. 3. Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 month prior to the arrival date will be charged 90% of the cancelled reservation value. 4. Cancellations made within 1 month or less prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the cancelled reservation value. Up to 10% of the final number of participants reserved 5 months before the arrival date may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the conference. All other cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined above.
