Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy for groups (UVH): If a reservation for only hotel accommodation is made for a Group, then the following applies to the Cancellation of this reservation. o In case of Cancellation more than 4 months before the time when the first Hospitality Service should be provided under the terms of the Agreement, hereinafter called "the Commencement Date", the Customer is not obliged to make any payment to the Hotel Establishment. o In case of Cancellation between 4 and 2 months before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 30% of the Cancelled Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. o In case of Cancellation between 2 months and 4 weeks before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 50% of the Cancelled Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. o In case of Cancellation between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 75% of the Cancelled Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. o In case of Cancellation 14 days or less before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Cancelled Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. Payment: 50% of the total booking value 2 Months prior first arrival date 50% of the total booking value 14 days prior first arrival date The above-mentioned Terms & Conditions are open for discussion. The Hotel reserves the right to supplement or modify these general Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a new version on its website which will become effective immediately after being published online and on any new reservations requested online or otherwise. Any special terms and conditions will be added to and take precedence over these General Terms & Conditions. Reduction of the guestrooms’ allotment c) 5% of the remaining number of guestrooms reserved per night can be reduced between 3 weeks and 7 days prior to the date of arrival. The hotel management cannot accept any reductions made less than 6 days before the date of arrival. d) Up to 48 hours before the first arrival date, we still allow 4 room nights to be cancelled free of charge. e) In case of reductions that exceed the numbers stated above, the cost of guestrooms will be charged for the total envisaged period of residence.
