Отель Dragon Lake Princess, спроектированный и построенный в стиле европейского города, расположен на берегу реки Майн в деревне. Первая очередь отеля, состоящая из 12 зданий и 98 роскошных люксов общей площадью 110 000 м2, была открыта в начале 2007 года. На втором этаже отеля расположены различные удобства для проживания, развлечений и отдыха, в том числе ресторан Peach Garden в китайском стиле, ресторан в западном стиле в Майнце, бар Dragon Bar, KTV, шахматные комнаты, ванночка для ног, баскетбольная площадка, площадка для тенниса и бадминтона. Номера расположены на втором и третьем этажах. Весь отель выполнен в классическом архитектурном стиле с мягкими декоративными изгибами и уютным дизайном, что очень хорошо вписывается в помещения второго этажа, тихо, но оживленно. Бар Red Wine & Cigar и SPA-салон отеля скоро откроются. Гольф-клуб Dragon Lake является местом проведения соревнований и тренировок Азиатских игр 2010 года в Гуанчжоу. 331 номер и соответствующие помещения для ресторанов, встреч, отдыха и развлечений второго этапа будут построены в соответствии с более высокими стандартами и требованиями.
