The brand-new Marriott CityPlace at Springwoods Village is ideally situated in North Houston’s burgeoning Springwoods Village district. Our modern design is inspired by the area’s meandering paths, forest trails, and lakes while offering travelers a seamless transition from work to play. Enjoy 337 rooms and 15 executive suites across 10 stories featuring modern and comfortable lounge furniture, spacious work desks and rooms with views. Enjoy our M Club Lounge featuring complimentary breakfast and snacks, high-speed WiFi, and a business center. Get together with friends or colleagues at our Great Room Bar and SwitcHouse Restaurant, featuring American cuisine. Great for business meetings and social events, we also offer 33,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including a Grand and Junior Ballroom and three boardrooms. Nestled between I-45, the Grand Parkway, and the Hardy Toll Road, we are situated in CityPlace, within walking distance to ExxonMobil, HPE, ABS and HP and “soon to be” dining, shopping, and entertainment.
