The termal establishement Hotel Verdi arises in a quiet position far from any noise yet very close to the center of Abano Terme. A very modern building equipped with every comfort. The treatments department is situated on the ground floor and can be reached directly from the guest rooms by three elevators. All the treatments are performed by specialized staff under direct Medical Assistance. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with fully equipped facilities for guests and an onsite large restaurant offering typical regional cooking. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
