The White Lion Hotel is situated opposite Aldeburgh's shingle beach, where fresh fish is sold from wooden huts which line the shore, its 38 bedrooms are cosy and inviting, some with sea views as far as the eye can see. Our new Bar and Brasserie has been inspired by a modern desire to return to simple, 'back to basics' food, offering freshly prepared dishes, contemporary, informal surroundings and impeccable service. Weddings are exciting and exhilarating times, but a coastal wedding can be amongst the most of all romantic. Here at the White Lion, we offer a professional service run by a professional team who will listen to your specific requirements and ensure your big day runs to the plan. We specialise in catering for smaller receptions from 8 to 80 guests. However, if you are planning evening entertainment, and wish to invite additional guests, we can accommodate up to 120 guests.
