The restaurant is open from 11:00 until 23:00 for lunch and dinner. The hotel bar is open until 23.30.

Alterations in reservations: When the date of arrival and/or departure of a complete definite reservation is altered, the original dates will be released and based on the availability the new definite reservation will be changed into the requested dates. In case the availability is not sufficient the cancellation conditions as mentioned below will automatically apply. Until 12:00 a.m. before the day of arrival you can reduce 10% of the number of rooms originally booked definitively free of charge. When the number of rooms originally booked definitively is increased without consultation with Bastion Hotel Groep, Bastion Hotel Groep will not accept the responsibility. Complete cancellation of a definite reservation: A definitive reservation can be cancelled until 1 month prior to arrival and no cancellation fee will be applied. When a definite reservation is completely cancelled between 1 month and 7 days before the date of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay Bastion Hotel Groep 50% of the cancellation value. When a definite reservation is completely cancelled within 7 days before the date of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay Bastion Hotel Groep 100% of the cancellation value and possibly booked group dinner(s).
