Cancellation conditions for meetings & events In the event of cancellation of the reservation, in whole or in part, the hotel will charge the following percentages of the cancelled value as cancellation fee. • In the event of cancellation within 12 weeks before the activity date (100+ persons) 25% • In the event of cancellation within 8 weeks before the activity date (50+ persons) 40% • In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks before the activity date 60% • In the event of cancellation within 3 weeks before the activity date 70% • In the event of cancellation within 2 weeks before the activity date 80% • In the event of cancellation within 1 week before the activity date 100% Cancellation conditions for room reservations In the event of cancellation of the reservation, in whole or in part, the hotel will charge the following percentages of the cancelled value as cancellation fee. We also offer you the possibility of reducing the reserved number of rooms by 10% without charge until 2 working days before the first day of arrival.
