О нас

De Veerensmederij is a national monument. The location consists of two rooms which can be easily combined to make one large room. De Veerensmederij is located on the Wagenwerkplaats in Amersfoort. The building experienced extensive renovation work, during this renovation many characteristic features of the old foundry have been restored to their former glory. The theatre has a flat floor (360 m2). In this room multiple setups can be realized with or without seats and stages. The adjoining foyer with a bar has an area of 140 square meters. You can darken the spaces completely and the walls are soundproof. The building has different lanes which are spacious and vehicles can pass through the entrance. There is also a big outside terrace. The theater hall has a level floor measuring 360m2 and is equipped with standard technical facilities including lighting, rigging, PA and projection. The adjacent foyer is an ideal place for receptions, breaks and informal gatherings. The two halls can be easily joined together to form one large one by removing the flexible dividing wall - ideal for a party, reception or exhibition.
