Cancellations/ changes The number of persons can be changed without any charges until 48 hours prior to (first) arrival, in which we accept a decrease of maximum 10% of the initial number reserved. The number of persons that is confirmed 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged. a) Until 90 days prior to arrival the booking can be cancelled free of charge. b) In the case of Cancellation between 89 days and 60 Days before the (first) Day of the event/arrival, the Client shall pay 50% of the agreed total price to the Contractor; c) In the case of Cancellation more than 30 Days before the (first) Day of the event/arrival, the Client shall pay 75% of the agreed total price to the Contractor; d) In the case of Cancellation less than 30 Days before the (first) Day of the event/arrival, the Client shall pay 100% of the agreed total price to the Contractor.
