Climb aboard our classic yacht and take in Seattle’s waterfront views of beautiful Lake Union and adjoining waterways. You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.

In 1992, New York Offstage began, when founder, Bev Sambrotto, left her role as Assistant Director of Visitor Services at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Her tenure at Lincoln Center gave her invaluable experience as a producer of refined cultural events. New York Offstage flourished as the industry leader in these immersive, behind-the-scenes experiences showcasing New York’s cultural world. As the company grew it was evident that its services and business model could be copied in other leading cultural destinations and in 2007 the brand was renamed The Offstage Group. Until 2012 The Offstage Group served groups of all sizes. Aba is a Mediterranean restaurant originating from Chicago’s historic Fulton Market District. Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, incorporates Chef CJ Jacobson's lighter style of cooking with influences from the Mediterranean, including Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, and Greece. The bar program, crafted by Liz Pearce, showcases rare Mediterranean-inspired wines and spirits.

Under the new direction of partners noted restaurateur and nightlife guru David Rabin, Chris Miller (Café Boulud, Atera) and Chef Jack Logue (Zagat 30 Under 30, Michelin stars at Betony and Clocktower), the Lambs Club seeks to re-invent itself by recognizing and honoring its history, while focusing on the future of hospitality in New York City. Serving elevated and fun takes on American classics seen through a New York lens, the cocktail and food programs at the Lambs Club inspires guests by using carefully crafted technique, and delicious and thoughtful flavors all with a deep sense of nostalgia. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in an iconic and timeless dining room, the Lambs Club boasts an extensive global wine list as well as service that is attentive and well executed, yet still warm and inviting.

Our private indoor golf club, Konnectgolf, was purposefully designed to bring people together in a golf-forward environment with a real focus on members or guests “konnecting”. It has accomplished that in small get-togethers of four to events of 85 people. Our members are very familiar with our high touch service as we strive to deliver it on a daily basis.
