AMENITIES This 3rd story location features private views from the tree tops over Back Creek and the marina across the street. 2900 sq. ft total 60 2x5' desk style tables 80 fabric dining chairs 6 6' folding tables Large Event Space is 2288 square feet, with 8' x 6' projection screen, ceiling mounted LCD projector and computer connections and remote. Podium in room. Microphones available as add-on. Smaller board room is 336 sq feet, with an oval conference table seating 12. Projection screen and projector with computer connections and remote. Restrooms just outside meeting rooms.
