Franklin House situated in historic downtown Annapolis, MD, Franklin House is a unique boutique venue with over a century of history. With its unique offering of several different levels and spaces to suit all your event needs, one can experience Franklin House in many different dimensions - be it a single floor or the whole house. Franklin House is an ideal place for conducting meetings with seating up to 32 comfortably in a variety of configurations, or a standing reception of up to 60 with ease. The Main Level of Franklin House has you and your guests covered, thereby making it a classic ‘must see’ space for your next special event, hosting or meeting needs.

You will visit St. Anne's Church, a 1774 mansion, view the houses of two of our signers of the Declaration of Independence, and learn about life in Colonial Maryland.
