CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation more than 90 days prior to the first arrival date, the guest is not obliged to make any payment to the Hotel. In case of cancellation between 61 - 90 days prior the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 25% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel. In case of cancellation between 31 - 60 days prior the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 50% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel. In case of cancellation between 15 - 30 days prior the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 75% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel. In case of cancellation 14 days or less prior the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel. PAYMENT POLICY For all of our hotel reservations we require a full prepayment of the expected costs. The payment schedule will be as followed. Deposit 1: 50% of the total amount 60 days prior to the first arrival date. Deposit 2: 50% of the total amount 14 days prior to the first arrival date.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
