The Antwerp Central Station, also known as Middenstatie (Middle station) or Spoorwegkathedraal (Railroad Cathedral), was first used in 1905. The structure is made up from a steel platform covering and a stone station building in an eclectic style. Recently, the station was completely renovated and in 2007 a tunnel underneath the station and a part of Antwerp was opened, reverting the station’s status as a terminus where are all trains have to turn back. In 2009, the American magazine Newsweek chose the Antwerp Central Station as the fourth most beautiful train station in the world.

The largest Belgian chocolate museum in the world, open since March 2019! In 14 thematic rooms, we will take you on a 60 to 90 minutes journey and tell you the story of our Belgian chocolate. The tour starts in the cocoa plantations of the equator and follows the cocoa bean to world’s largest cocoa storage port in Antwerp. A gigantic fantasy machine demonstrates how chocolate is made and where the velvety smooth taste originates from. During your tour through the museum you will find chocolate traditions, history, brands, products and innovations that have built its worldwide reputation. And needless to say, you can try chocolate to your heart’s content along the way… Looking for an experiential teambuilding? Chocolate workshops with one one of the chocoloatiers or a chocolate tasting can be organised.
