Cafe-Hotel Appenzell stands in the center of Appenzell on the historic Landsgemeindeplatz. Our location is perfect for exploring the town of Appenzell and other nearby sights. Our spacious rooms are tastefully decorated and fitted with all the comforts of home- and then some. Two of our 16 rooms are wheelchair accessible. All our rooms are non smoking. The separate Hildebrand lounge, dating back to the renaissance period, is an ideal place for banquets up to 20 people.
