Accor today offers Net Zero Carbon calculation to our clients. In partnership with MyClimate.org, our teams work with clients to reduce the footprint of their event and purchase high quality verified carbon credits to balance remaining emissions.

The hotel has taken significant steps to eliminate single-use plastics across its operations. All single-use items are provided in non-plastic alternatives, with the only exception being bottled water provided in guest rooms, for which an exemption has been granted for the current year.

Does your hotel generate (onsite) or purchase (offsite) renewable energy (beyond your utility's standard offerings)? If yes, please describe your practices for generating or purchasing renewable energy.

The owning company has installed photovoltaic (PV) solar panels for electricity generation, contributing approximately 26.8% of the hotel’s total monthly electricity consumption.

Does your hotel engage in activities to protect & restore the natural environment in which it is located (i.e. trees planted, coral reef restored, etc.)?

Linen and bathrobes are cleaned/laundered according to hotel procedures, while headboards and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected according to the SOP
