Constructed in 1911 by Captain Isaac Emerson, the inventor of headache medicine Bromo Seltzer, this tower was, at the time, the tallest building in Baltimore. It now serves as studio space for local artists and is one of Baltimore's most iconic landmarks. the original building was topped with a 51-ft blue Bromo Seltzer bottle. The bottle has since been removed, but the clock tower still shines brightly over Lombard Street.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
