The Light, Banbury is a truely unique events venue just minutes off junc 11 of the M40. From cinematic events experiences to eclectic meeting spaces that lend themselves perfectly for private dining opportunities. For all meetings and events, there is an agreed cancellation policy. This will be charged as shown below: Cancellation 6 to 12 weeks before the date of event - 25% Cancellation 4 to 6 weeks before the date of event - 50% Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before the date of event - 75% Cancellation less than 2 weeks before date of event - 100% In every case, if we are able to relet the space (and we will do all we can to achieve that) the result turnover will be deducted from the cancellation charge.
