Smoking and vaping allowed only on designated outdoor patios only. No outside food or beverages allowed in meeting spaces. Small dogs allowed in designated lodging rooms, must be on a leash at all times.

Individual lodging reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to 4 pm arrival date. A one night fee of room and tax will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of 4 pm check in. Guests checking out early are still responsible for the entire stay.
