Within easy reach of the 'Little White Town' of Bideford. Charles Kingsley's Westward Ho! with the ancient Royal North Devon Golf Club, and the picturesque village of Clovelly are also nearby. You can follow the steps of Henry Williamson's 'Tarka the Otter' on foot or bicycle on the local Tarka Trail and South West Coast path.
