The Vila Preseren boutique hotel is under the castle cliffs right on the shore of Lake Bled. This wonderful traditional 19th century Bled villa offers two boutique suites and six contemporary rooms, suitable for those visitors to Bled who wish to stay in a modern guesthouse right in the heart of the town, may their trip be for business or for pleasure. The ground floor of the Vila Prešeren houses a trendy café and restaurant, which delights guests with a rich selection of fragrant coffees, mouth-watering desserts, selected dishes and top-quality wines. In nice weather, these treats are served on its sunny terrace overlooking the lake. The Vila Prešeren hotel Bled may also play host to unforgettable events for larger gatherings.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

This year, I performed for Arthur Blank’s Super Bowl party with Lilac Wine Trio in New Orleans, and just 2 months later, was invited to perform a solo acoustic set for The Masters and its VIP guests at an event sponsored by IBM in Augusta. I have a complete audio setup and an diverse musical repertoire that will satisfy virtually any demographic.
