For a meeting site that cannot be matched, our attractive meeting spaces at The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain are equipped for a sophisticated function of any size. Three larger spaces that divide into five smaller areas take their names from Canadian Ski Resorts. The Whistler/Blackcomb Ballroom divides into two rooms, with Whistler being a larger area than Blackcomb. Mont Tremblant Room divides equally into Tremblant I and Tremblant II. The Blue Mountain Boardroom is small enough for an intimate 12-person board meeting but allows enough room for a break-out of 20 people. All of the meeting rooms walk out into our large pre-function area with a wall of windows entirely along one side, affording lovely views of the Blue Mountain Village. Off of the pre-function space is a private terrace overlooking the Millpond, with a waterfall alongside setting a relaxing ambiance for meeting attendees.Your meeting planner will be assigned to one of our skilled conference service planners to work out all of the arrangements for your meeting. Meetings at Blue Mountain go beyond the boardroom to the endless array of team-building activities at our doorsteps. Depending on the season, our conference planners can recommend the best team-building option for your group, from skiing and golf to rock climbing and amazing races. And meeting attendees will be delighted by our sumptuous food offerings all prepared by Jeremy Korten, the renowned chef of Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill.
