AEMILIA HOTEL is a modern 4-star hotel, with a refined and elegant design, completely renovated in 2021. The strategic location just near the city center makes AEMILIA HOTEL the perfect choice for business customers. One step away from the Sant'Orsola Hospital and the historic center, but outside the traffic-restricted area, 20 minutes by car from the Marconi Airport and just 5 minutes from the ring road and Bologna central Train Station. Aemilia Hotel has a large and modern Congress Center, spread over an area of over 600 square meters. The 7 modular meeting rooms, brightened by natural light, can accommodate up to 400 people; the plenary room has a capacity of up to 230 people. All spaces are equipped with free 1000 Mbps optic fiber Wi-Fi connection, modern projectors and audio systems. At the disposal of our guests, an elegant foyer equipped with cloakroom, reception desk and exhibition spaces, functional and useful spaces. Among the novelties, very elegant Lounge Rooms Pascoli e Carducci, which have recently undergone a complete makeover, ideal for a coffee break or booked for small business briefings and job interviews. Banquets, coffee breaks, aperitifs, lunches and dinners can be arranged both outdoor, on the spacious and welcoming terrace located on the first floor, in the quiet of a space surrounded by greenery, adjacent to our lounge bar, equipped with a pergola and comfortable armchairs, or indoor in the Gurmè Restaurant, in its exclusive setting. The menu created by our Chef combines the classic dishes of the Bolognese tradition with numerous Italian cousine specialties, with particular focus on the seasonality of the products and the quality of the raw material, in order to guarantee a high-level gastronomic experience. On the seventh floor, the panoramic terrace offers guests an unique view over the rooftops of the center of Bologna; this space is enriched by a solarium with Jacuzzi and can be reserved for corporate summer events, private parties or photo shoots. The brand new 125 rooms, completely renovated in a modern and elegant style, offer high standards of comfort and practicality. The Guest has the opportunity to choose, the ideal solution for his needs, among the different types of rooms: Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Executive Junior Suite. The rooms, with an area up to 36 square meters, some of them with a wonderful view of the historic center, are equipped with a free 1000 Mbps fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, 49"/55” LED LCD TV , sound-absorbing PVC flooring with wood effect finish, Chromecast service, a mirroring system that allows you to view the multimedia contents from your smartphone. Private underground garage available, under video surveillance 24 hours a day, with 600 parking spaces. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
