Living Place Hotel Bologna is much more than just an hotel. Conveniently located near the main city fair and exhibition center and 1 km from the A14 highway exit, this modern and multifunctional 4-star hotel offers full services and all the comforts you may need in a green and refreshing surrounding. Well-kept and largely renovated exteriors envelope 205 rooms, the renown Living Restaurant by the talented chef Marcello Baruzzi, a lounge bar, 500 m2 conference center with 9 meeting rooms, an outdoor Olympic swimming pool and a sports center. Living Place Hotel is a multifunctional full-service business hotels designed to meet every need related to meetings and events, but also able to satisfy the small pleasures of life, such as sport and good food. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

More than a recognition, this certification represent the first tangible step in a structured journey of sustainable development. The decision to certify the hotel emerged in alignment with our broader Group Strategic Plan for Sustainable Development, aimed at integrating ESG principles into our business model and preparing for future compliance with the CSRD framework.
