Parking On-site garage open 5:00 AM – midnight. Parking is limited and may fill on weekends—plan to arrive before 10:30 AM or after 3:00 PM. Public Transportation Take the MBTA Green Line (D or E branch) to Science Park Station. The Museum is directly across O’Brien Highway. From the Airport From Logan International Airport, we recommend taking a rideshare (approx. 10–15 minutes, traffic permitting). You can also take the Blue Line or Silver Line into the city and transfer to the Green Line. Rideshare Uber/Lyft drop-off: 1 Science Park, Boston, MA

Exclusive in-house catering required (MAX Ultimate Food) No outside food or beverage (except approved kosher caterer) Certificate of Insurance required No open flames (LED candles only) Decorations may not be affixed to walls, ceilings, or floors All décor must be freestanding and removed at the conclusion of the event Balloons permitted only in select event spaces (restrictions apply) No live animals (service animals permitted) Gambling and games of chance are prohibited Music and entertainment must comply with local noise ordinances Events must comply with Museum policies and applicable fire/building codes

Cancellations made 31 or more days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to the full venue rental fee, as outlined in the event agreement.
