The Dry Fly Saloon is Field & Stream Bozeman's all day dining restaurant, offering hearty, Montana-style meals, coffee, and cocktails. The space offers a full-service bar, two semi-private dining rooms- The Peaks and The Sun Room- and TVs throughout. The Summit Room is our indoor private event space that creates a truly Montana-inspired experience with design details like buffalo check carpet, carved-wood chandeliers, and snowshoe sconces. This room offers 3,600 square feet of flexible event space and can be divided into two smaller breakout rooms. The Summit Room accommodates a variety of seating arrangements, including classroom-style, U-Shape, theater, banquet, and reception layouts. The Backyard is a sprawling, landscaped oasis and enclosed courtyard with live-log seating and vintage canoes turned firepits. With umbrellas, picnic tables, bistro lights, and hanging lanterns, this 30,000-square foot space can accommodate large celebrations or intimate gatherings day or night.
