The 429-acre Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is located in Brewster, Cape Cod, MA. The centerpiece of Ocean Edge is the historic Nickerson Mansion that sits on a bluff overlooking Cape Cod Bay. The resort is comprised of two distinctive experiences: The Mansion and The Villages. The AAA Four Diamond Mansion includes 90 guest rooms and 31 multi-bedroom Presidential Bay Collection villas with access to a 700-foot private beach and Beach Bar. The Villages is home to a Nicklaus Design golf course with easy access to recreational activities including Blueberry Pond. The Mansion Ballroom, Cape Cod’s largest luxury ballroom, can accommodate up to 300 people, and the rolling Mansion Front Lawn can accommodate up to 500 people. Several other meeting spaces of all sizes are available, and our team is ready to cater to tailor an event that is perfect for your group. Ocean Edge was honored as Boston Magazine’s “Best Hotel on Cape Cod” in its annual “Best Of” issue in July 2023.

Green Airport. For guests traveling from the New York City area, JetBlue offers seasonal daily service from JFK International Airport to Barnstable Municipal Airport. Car service is available for the 16-mile connection to Ocean Edge Resort.

Pick up the twenty-six mile Cape Cod Bike and Rail Trail at Ocean Edge and continue to the Cape Cod National Seashore all the way to Provincetown. The "bike trail" as it is known, is for bikers, walkers, and joggers. The Rail Trail is dotted with plenty of opportunities to visit other beaches and ponds, or to grab lunch or an ice cream cone along the way. Bike rentals and helmets are available at Ocean Edge for all ages, as are baby buggies that attach to adult size bikes, and tandem bikes for kids too young to keep up. The Bike Trail is safe for strollers and motor vehicles are not allowed.

In 1975 the Dolphin Fleet started whale watching out of Provincetown, Massachusetts with the hope of bringing an understanding and awareness to the public about whales and their environment. We ventured out on educational trips with scientists to study whales as well as educate the public about marine mammals and their habitat. The first trips where a great success!
Our customers were awed by these magnificent creatures charging out of the depths to capture the small fish which constitute their diet. Even more exciting was a whale leaving the water with it’s 40 tons of mass crashing back with an explosion of water in it’s wake. People were eager to go again to see these whales in their natural habitat and learn more about them.

The Ocean Terrace bar and restaurant at the Mansion offers fine dining with sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay; casual dining is available at Bayzo’s Pub and Linx Tavern.
