Bar Blondeau is a French-style bar from chef partners Aidan O’Neal and Jake Leiber (Le Crocodile, Chez Ma Tante), located on the sixth floor of Wythe Hotel, in the heart of Williamsburg. With unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, Bar Blondeau features a seafood-forward menu with French, Spanish and Portuguese influences, complementing an international selection of natural wines from up-and-coming wine regions, as well as signature cocktails, frozen drinks and zero proof beverages.
