Guest count / capacity limits. Each event space has a maximum capacity depending on set‑up (seated vs. cocktail vs. standing). All food and beverage for events is provided in‑house. On a case‑by‑case basis, we can accommodate outside catering for a select number of guests to meet specific dietary restrictions. Use of event spaces is subject to event‑space scheduling, with load‑in / load‑out and set‑up times typically predefined and requiring coordination through the hotel’s Events Team. For outdoor or terrace events (e.g. Garden Terrace, rooftop, terraces), there may be seasonal or weather‑related restrictions (e.g. some outdoor spaces only available certain months) and potential limitations on timing or use of sound/outdoor amenities depending on weather. Because Wythe is a working hotel, events must consider noise, respect other hotel guests, and likely follow internal sound‑ and curfew‑related rules (e.g. on music volume, ending times).

Initiatives include preserving the building’s industrial heritage, reducing food waste through sustainable sourcing and composting, and restoring local marine ecosystems with the Billion Oyster Project. During the pandemic, we provided space for medical workers and delivered meals from Le Crocodile to a local ICU, reflecting our commitment to social responsibility. Over 13,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space includes private lofts, the Main Hall, Garden Terrace, Le Crocodile Cellar, Screening Room with adjacent Speakeasy, and Bar Blondeau rooftop. Spaces feature in-house planning and state-of-the-art A/V for seamless corporate meetings, team gatherings, or celebrations. All catering for private events is provided by Le Crocodile, our acclaimed neighborhood brasserie named one of “The 100 Best Restaurants in New York City” by The New York Times with a three-star review. Bar Blondeau offers panoramic skyline views and a seasonal cocktail program. Dietary and religious accommodations can be considered on a case-by-case basis for select guests. The hotel features 69 thoughtfully designed rooms with custom timber beds, radiant heated floors, vintage-inspired fixtures, and curated artwork. Wythe Hotel has received a One MICHELIN Key for overall excellence and guest experience. Located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the hotel provides access to shopping, dining, cultural attractions, and team-building activities. There is no onsite parking; a loading zone is at N 11th and Wythe, with nearby public parking and optional valet service. Health and safety measures include enhanced cleaning protocols, contactless check-in/out, and PPE for staff.
