100 Sutton is a versatile 15,000-square-foot event and production venue located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. With its industrial character, high ceilings, open floor plan, and flexible layout, the venue is an ideal blank canvas for weddings, conferences, corporate gatherings, screenings, fashion shows, productions, performances, and private celebrations. The venue features a 6,000-square-foot main event space alongside five breakout rooms, making it especially well suited for conferences, workshops, wellness events, educational programs, and multi-room experiences. The breakout spaces can be used for smaller sessions, meetings, VIP lounges, green rooms, production offices, vendor areas, or other customized activities—all while keeping guests connected to the main program. The venue can accommodate up to 400 guests standing, approximately 370 theater-style, or 250 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor. Additional amenities include a private 64-seat screening room, prep kitchen, private restrooms, ADA elevator access, projectors and screens, a professional sound system, wireless microphones, stage platforms, Wi-Fi, and an inventory of event furniture. Outside catering is welcome, and beverage packages, technical support, security, staffing, lighting, and additional rentals can be arranged.

A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
