You will find the privately owned Rill Estate nestling into the lush Devon hills between Dart moor and the coast and almost hidden by 80 acres of woods, fields and organic farmland. Once a dairy farm for landed gentry, and later a group of artisans' workshops, today Rill is a stunning collection of rooms & space for hire. It doesn't matter what type, or how big or how small your event, we only take one client at a time so when you book, Rill becomes your space. Whether it is a conference, a product launch, a wedding or a contemplative break, our experienced and personal team will work with you to make sure you have exactly what you need and more. We will take care of everything for you in advance so by the time you arrive, there is nothing to think about except why you are here.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
