Hotel San Michele is strategically situated in the heart of Sicily; Caltanissetta can easily be reached by the Sicily’s airports and the main island’s roads. It is the Geographic’s centre of mass of Sicilian’s hospitality. All the island’s destinations can be visited along short routes, to satisfy all the guests’ desires. The hotel hosts, with elegance and quality, all the instances of the modern traveler, of the tourist. The needs of managers and of companies that would like to arrange job’s meetings or other events. Dipped in a lush garden it shows itself to the visitor through its lobby, gently equipped. During summer’s months the breakfast is served outside, on the terrace. And guests can even use the marvelous outside swimming pool (25mt x 12mt). It is surrounded by greenery and isolated to guarantee your relax and refreshment. In all the Hotel there is free Wi-Fi. The hotel offers its guests with 122 rooms and 14 suites. Also, its Meeting Rooms are fully equipped to host all type of business meeting, gala dinners, or other happenings, with a capacity of 300 persons. Thanks to all the most modern appliances and audiovisual instruments.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
